Dana is a Full Clinical Professor in Drexel University's LeBow College of Business (Philadelphia, PA, USA), and a Fellow with its Center for Teaching Excellence. She also serves as the Associate Director for Drexel's Center for Academic Excellence. As an MBA, CPA, and CMA, and former professional business consultant, she uses integrated and collaborative approaches in business and education. Dana teaches numerous courses in several business disciplines, with a focus on global classrooms and international experiences, experiential learning (particularly through action-based consulting programs), and leadership and team development. She has had several recent publication and presentations in topics within the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) related to her areas of expertise and interest.

He is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel who has over two decades of experience leading and teaching others and developing high performance teams. Eric attended the University of Louisville earning a Master's degree in Human Resources Education and is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. He held a wide range of assignments in the military in multiple countries working with thousands of service members and civilians. As an Ennea International practitioner, Eric consults with individuals and corporate teams. He also leads workshops and teaches at the Oskin Leadership Institute at Widener University and other universities in the greater Philadelphia area.
