As an MBA, CPA, and CMA, and former professional business consultant, she uses integrated and collaborative approaches in business and education. Dana teaches numerous courses in several business disciplines, with a focus on global classrooms and international experiences, experiential learning (particularly through action-based consulting programs), and leadership and team development. She has had several recent publication and presentations in topics within the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) related to her areas of expertise and interest.

Lauron is an experienced Integral Master Coach & executive coach with international experience who focuses on leadership development and effectiveness. He has been practising full time since 2001 and has over 20 years personal experience in different leadership roles. Locally, he coaches mainly in Johannesburg and Durban.
